ANCHORAGE, AK –  SEPTEMBER 20, 2000 -- Alyeska Pipeline Service Company named Charles "Skip" Protko as its new Vice President of Human Resources.  Protko came to Alyeska from Textron Automotive Corporation in Michigan where he served as Vice President of Human Resources since 1998.

Protko has over twenty years of diversified Human Resources executive management experience in organizational and development, labor relations, compensation, staffing and recruitment, training and daily HR compliance with environments that included service, multi-plant, division, subsidiary and corporate headquarters in both union and non-union facilities.

Protko holds a Masters degree in Administration and Bachelor degrees in Sociology and Education.
