Mike Joynor
Senior Vice President, Operations Division

Mike Joynor is Alyeska’s Senior Vice President of the Operations Division consisting of Oil Movements, Pipeline Operations and Valdez Operations. Joynor previously served as Alyeska’s Senior Vice President of Oil Movements, Engineering and Pipeline. Mike has worked on the Trans Alaska Pipeline System since 1999, initially at the Valdez Marine Terminal as Oil Movements Manager. He relocated to Anchorage in 2001. In Mike’s role as Oil Movements Manager and now as Senior Vice President of Oil Movements, Engineering and Pipeline, he provides strong leadership while advising on best practices in managing both the routine and non-routine challenges of the complex pipeline system.

Mike has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of pipeline maintenance and operations.
